Through our Mental Health and Wellbeing Project, we support individuals with no recourse to public funds to participate in sport and activity-based sessions.

We offer distribution of gym passes, swimming lessons and hiking sessions as it has been evidenced that physical activity is an important part in maintaining mental and physical wellbeing as well as supporting social inclusion.
