Through our health and wellbeing support, we are able to provide support for individuals with trauma as well as opportunities for refugees and those with no recourse to public funds to participate in sport and activity-based sessions.

We offer distribution of gym passes, swimming lessons and hiking sessions as it has been evidenced that physical activity is an important part in maintaining mental and physical wellbeing as well as supporting social inclusion.
