Daniel McGurty has been performing and recording music since 2007. With his origins in Jazz his move towards electroacoustic music resulted with the release of his 2015 data sonification project Trigger//.
Since Trigger// he has shifted his focus firmly back towards the dancefloor friendly, sonically-curious sound which characterised his first releases, Restore Selected Items (2017) and Faith Healer (2018).
Daniel continues to foster a vibrant network of collaborative relationships with musicians around the world. He is the cofounder of the web-based digital imprint Melor Records alongside Berlin-based Tef Dara and Seattle-based Cameron McNair.
