We are excited to begin sharing insights from our peer-led research project with merl!
We commissioned Joanna and Anna at merl to support 5 peer researchers with direct lived experience of the UK asylum system to carry out research to investigate how we can develop and improve our mental health and wellbeing program.

During the research project merl and the peer researchers took the following steps:
Trained 5 peer researchers through 5 workshops
Collected insights:
• 16 Interviews
• 2 Focus groups
• 4 Participant observations
• 4 Journals
Analysed findings through 2 analysis workshops
Co-wrote the final report & inputted into a visual poster
