Ronald Tagwireyi

I am the Chief Executive Officer of Refugee Sanctuary Scotland where I am passionate about improving the outcomes for people seeking asylum and ensuring support is grounded in dignity and respect. I bring extensive leadership within the refugee and migration sector, having previously served as Chair of the Board at Refugee Sanctuary Scotland, Chair of the Strategy and Development Committee on the Board at Scottish Refugee Council and Co-Chair of Migration Exchange’s Advisory Group. My perspective is informed by both professional and personal experience of the asylum system, alongside a strong focus on strategic development and collaborative working. Originally from Zimbabwe, I live in Glasgow.
