During the summer period we ran a number of activities as part of our mental health and wellbeing support.
Science Centre Trip
A group of 19 children and adults enjoyed interactive learning with families free to explore the different activities and exhibits at their own pace with a shared lunch together in the Clyde Suite.
Some of the older children shared they were excited for the trip as the Science Centre had been mentioned in their classes at school, while the younger kids had fun taking part in various activities with other kids visiting the centre.

Luss, Loch Lomond Science
We recently facilitated a family trip to Luss, Loch Lomond. A group of 4 families took part, with the group consisting of 15 people, which included both adults and children. The weather was warm, mostly cloudy with light showers. Families were able to take in the views and go their separate ways to explore and have fun.
Some feedback from those that attended:
“Thank you so much for arranging this wonderful trip. Our family enjoyed a lot. Especially the generous provision of food for all families is commendable. The place was so beautiful and relaxing. We would love to join such trips again.”
“It was really nice and we enjoyed the views. Thank you.”

Blair Drummond Safari Park
A group of 14 individuals enjoyed the trip, this included 5 adults and 9 children. The families explored the safari park at their leisure.
